RUSH & HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS STATIONED AS MANY PLACES AS POSSIBLE EVEN IF OUTSIDE A NEARBY BUT indirect NEIGHBORS

We sold that house and used the proceeds at our next duty station to by a home and turn the garage into a rental studio apartment. 

Regarding The Hill, I've scoped out a few off-market deals with my agent that are either close to that Union Ave train station, or in more walkable sections ex. close to Yale NH Medical, etc.

@Nate Powley  Hi Nate,  I'd suggest the good 'deals' in UT market left the station several years ago, but that would not be helpful. 

With a grocery store within walking distance, easy access to the highway and train station, a nearby Home Depot, and ongoing renovations and new developments in the area, it felt like a no-brainer.

As are cellular towers, fiber, the internet, the local gas station, vape shop, computer monitors, keyboards, search engines, and just about everything else you can imagine.  

Hello,A little background of me: Currently station in Hawaii and will be getting out in 5 months.

It will span approximately 1,500 km (932 miles) and will link the states of Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatán, and Quintana Roo, with a total of 21 stations.

I live within walking distance to coffee shops, gas stations, and fast food restaurants.

You folks in California should be buying land for Transfer stations near the ports.
