Your "standstill" is due to the properties you already bought.

I only know this because I am currently waiting at a stand still for the county building and safety office to approve my modular home and give me a permit. 

The reason why I ask is most people tell me to deal with brokers, but brokers don't seem to have deals all the time so I feel as if I was on a stand still waiting for them to come up with something and most of the time when they do the deal doesn't make very good financial sense.

Seems like new constructions aren’t experiencing the problem, and if It was as widespread as the media claims It to be, the city growth would be at a standstill but people continue to flock to Cape Coral, IMO.

Other than sifting through the Notice to Creditors, working our due diligence to qualify these leads, we seem to be at a stand still.
