The only winter sporting left around here more or less is going to be in the Beech Mountain area, as hardly anything else gets enough snow to be viable as far as winter sports.

The Gulf Beaches, Pro Sports, Business, Concerts, and other attractions makes it attractive to a myriad of guests!

People will not only rent just for the ski seasons but also for the summer sports (mountain biking etc.) 

I can tell you that Tampa has everything, from major sports teams to beaches and theme parks.

Teams Built to Dominate” by Rod Santomassimo, CCIM is a good book, because real estate is a team sport.

I believe Brightline will have a similar effect as the professional sports teams have had on Las Vegas’ desirability.

Sporting / music events bring these crowds.

What am I saying, OF COURSE you DON'T know, sport's fan's across BP busted out in laughter when you wrote that, and here now, they know EXACTLY what I am about to point out. 

I do try to mix in some informational questions while talking to them, not stuff that would be a violation of any protected laws, but like in my application I ask for all the names of everyone who would be in the unit and have a space for the kids names so I might ask how the kids like school or if they play sports.
