I am still pretty green but have been soaking up all the information I can get.

I've seen these things eat chunks of grease-soaked drywall and wood from cabinets, so if  you've got some saturated wood in the cabinet, cleaning the surface won't get rid of them.You might also have to change carpets also - since there's really no way to fully clean carpet...I've also seen german roaches infesting a burned out unit feasting on burned greasy cabinets and walls.   

Hi all,I have a condo, and the unit above is leaking a good amount of water (enough to pool on the floor, and soak the walls) AGAIN.

I came across the bigger pockets podcast and 6 episodes later, I’m here on the forum looking to soak up as much information as i can.

I wanna find someone who is doing this and doing it well and soak it all in.

I would suggest soaking up a few meetings and meeting some people before you take the plunge.  

Like others have mentioned ask questions on the forums, read blog and forum posts that interest you, and soak it all in.

Currently I go to school for hospital administration and it also teaches about marketing and real estate on a certain level.I also listen to podcasts in my spare time and try to soak in as much knowledge as possible.

I recently came across the BP platform and have been soaking up as much information as I can.

When I first started the business in 1998, I soaked up every bit of information I could get my hands on.
