The tenant laws are also not on our side. 

VRBO bookings have been down Airbnb bookings have been up, but it has its own problems like siding with a guest who trashed my house with unauthorized party , truly if I had the time I would try to get off these platforms and go direct to customer, easier said than done. 

This area definitely gives you good weather year round, summertime gets hot so as long as you're getting systems serviced before then and then in the fall you're usually ok. 

Especially when it comes to the permit side of things.My initial plan is to ask as many questions as possible and to search for information so that I'm at least somewhat on the lookout for some of these snags. 

On the other side of the coin the turnover and amount of terrible wholesalers is high.

On the MGA side their in-house product is assigned to a different writing company depending on the state and risk. 

Income side has been very consistent. 

I’ll leave the higher-paying job solutions to the experts in that field, but I do believe both sides are important to address the larger issue.I appreciate your insight!
