By making 2 payments a month, you're effectively paying an extra month of payment every year. 52/4 = 13, vs. 12 monthly payments (one for each month). 2 - if I'm in your shoes I would wait a few months for the dust to settle. you may not know it now, but there will be random things that pop up here and there with owning real estate that you won't get to experience until you've lived in it for a while.

I'm trying to clear something up with the LLC refinancing option.So when I buy the home in Cash, I can settle as normal and then the next day(s) I should go to the country courthouse to file the LLC deed for the loan and once that is successfully recorded I'll be able to refinance out?

I am fairly confident I have settled on Easy Storage Solutions.

I was told it was done just for preventative maintenance early on as the area had had some settling issues in the past with other properties.

After changing careers and finally getting settled in a new house I am reading the books again. 

Maybe that'll settle him some.

Additional research indicates that this state already has settled case law on the matter.

If you want sustainability as a real estate investor  DON’T settle for anything but the best in mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate brokers, wholesalers, marketers, attorneys, insurance agents and title companies.  

Initially, I'm sure nobody will know what to do but this is how I think it settles.1.

Whether they will settle one in Saint Mary's county I dont know.
