Hi BP Community, I just got a senior care facility just south of Fort Worth under contract and am looking for a DSCR lender who can help with the purchase.

.: Back in the 1990s, that statistic I read was that 80% of graduating high school seniors expected to become millionaires in their lifetimes.

I guess we have a little honey hole as we have 17 sales in my development currently .. however I think the paid for personal resi cant be understated for the safety and secruity of our citizens and our real estate market as a whole.

I am definitely not pro adjustable rate interest financing.A newbie investor may not see very much flexibility in some lenders,  like someone who has a larger portfolio might be able to accomplish.The reason I mentioned both together is the lender is basically a partner in the deal- a senior partner in a way.

As a former senior banker, I don't recommend chasing these deals...you'll be wasting your time once Lis Pendens is filed.

Unfortunately, they are very unpopular ways on the debate stage and our politicians (and citizens) will not take them on. 

They were just visiting the US and not a US citizen.
