My youngest son spent a semester at Kent State (now a Navy SeaBee), another son graduated from Miami of Ohio, and a nephew is currently attending Ohio State. 

Especially at public universities, there is always a smaller group of students starting in January, or coming back from a semester away. 

I also found that investing in business/real estate/mindset books is not only cheaper compared to the hundreds poured into college textbooks but also more applicable than gen-eds that are soon forgotten the next semester. 

The only exception may be temporarily in Rexburg since BYU-I will do online only for next semester so many students have gone home which affects those that depend on student housing.

A lot of colleges are switching online or part time for their first semester, some for all 2020-21.

My insurance company describes my condo, which is rented by the semester, a short term rental.

Also to note, the timing for student housing is best in the months of July and August before the new semester kicks off.

I have been busy through some advancements, and I am approching my graduation in college, which is to happen most possibly next spring semester in 2018.

IMO, the school really doesn't matter as you can finish all requirements in a semester.

This summer, I have done hours on top hours of research regarding real estate investing, and I would like to make my first investment next semester of college.
