And when logging into the website they force you to do a two step authentication where they send a text message to your cell phone. 

Most everyone that you've described or hope to reach is either an investor, an already learned and savvy buyer/seller, or a cheapskate, and that just doesn't fit the prototype of what the vast number of buyers and sellers are - ordinary people who just want a fair price on a house and to get in and out safely without having to learn the RE industry themselves or spend a lot of effort on the process.

Maybe a family in your area has a relative that would like to rent nearby but who doesn't think now is a good time to buy in this current housing market.You might even find someone who likes to target practice if that's a safe activity in your area. 

Many new investors claim to have analysis paralysis, but that's usually an excuse for either a lack of confidence (you need more meetups and more authentic relationships with other real estate investors) or shiny object syndrome (you want to house hack, but you like apartments, but also flipping, and what about storage).

People like to ridicule what they don't understand, but when the government inflates the dollar away, or taxes whats hiding in your safe deposit box, or we do a bank bail-in like Cyprus did, THEN maybe some people will bother to read a few articles and learn about Bitcoin.
