This is a fine needle to thread because at this size, you very quickly start competing with high net worth individuals who are seeking summer homes. 

Though if an individual were paying for her or himself, I’d say go with the home-study version for a fraction of the costs of the live seminar….

The entire goal is to help you / individuals like you who are interested in a finding an agent who works with real estate investors.

Question for any and all.. we have had trouble finding a real estate investor friendly CPA, one that proactively wants to help us learn and obtain all the tax rewards with real estate. 

I presently have a negative cash flow  in all 3 properties but am more interested in paying off the mortgages early to reap rewards later.Any thoughts?
