Well...I started investing in fire damages after being in the fire restoration industry and that was over 10 years ago

In my experience as a contractor the trend is restoration of old homes with the addition of modern amenities is what more affluent people are wanting.

@Megan PhillipsThe contract says "If any part is damaged and NOT RESTORED to it's present condition".

I was happy to hear when the IRS recently announced that they are restoring the 2018 health savings account (HSA) maximum contribution amount for family coverage to $6,900.

I'm not sure if every state has the Restore store or a second hand store for doors, trim ect. 

Should I go to hard money lenders for the rest or keep looking for more Private money?
