I wish there were more 'filters' / Criteria that you can filter by in real estate website to find what you're looking for. 

Sloan, he seems to be knowledgeable about commercial real estate and after peering over his website briefly, it seems that he offers personalized training to people new to the business. 

The website looks legit, the schematics they sent us looks legit, but they would not send us the brand names of the furnishings or the links.

Deeper pockets...maybe I should create that website name haha.

I can send a million articles, but i encourage you to go to maricopa.gov in addition to the city websites where you will see all the development going on here at a micro level. 

There are many, many people in other service-oriented professions whose entire business models are based on selling their time and knowledge (information).People that expect everything to be handed to them for free, with no respect for others' time?
