Some basic, low cost landlord self study will help you sleep soundly and get a check in the mail (or in your account electronically) every month....Even the classic Landlording by Leigh Robinson is in most libraries (free) or used bookstores for a couple of bucks.Best of luck!

I am coming from a classic Dave Ramsey mentality of paying off your house in full before moving on to other real estate investments. 

I agree with @Bjorn Ahlblad that finding a salvage group that can re-purpose some of the material would be a good idea too.

@Rhonda Wilson, You're anticipating the classic exit strategy from a career of 1031 investing. 

Classic case of a city that once manufactured one or more products and had a strong blue collar influence, but now is mainly low income service jobs.

@Jamie Beltran, it sounds like you may be making a classic mistake and capitalizing the the rents from the park owned homes and rent to own homes at the same rate as the park itself.
