If there is something inherently wrong, such as a utility easement that renders a lot unbuildable, or a subdivision that doesn't show a parcel split on an online map but is recorded, there are often reasons why properties wind up being given up just for taxes, and you should not take them for granted.If you buy a condominium, you will be responsible for association fees immediately.And finally, don't be dumb and forget to file your deed.

I don't have the exact figures, but I estimate about 25% or so of the funds were raised from folks on BP.Here is a picture of the rendering for this project:We expect to complete the project around the end of 2014 and our investors should earn around 18% on their capital invested with a 10% preferred return.Thanks BP!

I don't know if they will or not, but they can.Also, having a personal guarantee on a property in the LLC MIGHT pierce the corporate veil, rendering the LLC nearly useless.

Guy A has Real wealth, compared to the "Fake" wealth of Guy B, wealth that actually decreases his ability to purchase assets, compared with cash equivalents.The point is that it seems to me that the guy that is unable to accumulate accessible wealth is at a huge disadvantage in this business to the point where much of his net worth is rendered useless in his pursuit of early financial freedom.
