good advice here. one thing to consider when a plumber is charging you $250/hr, you only want him to do plumbing. not demoing, trenching, jack hammering, re-installing tile, and other such stuff. keep shopping quotes. 

We bring a 3rd worker who never touches a paint brush or roller and he does all the repairs like replacing faucets, replacing broken sinks, instlaling new window blinds, re-installing electrical switch plates and the list goes on and on.
