We just completed an ADU a few months ago that was 450 sq ft and we paid for COO (cert of occupany) from recreations and parks for about 6k from what i remember.

Anyway, if that’s true, it pretty much eliminates all of residential and recreational ideas you mentioned.

Hey @Evan Williams, like @John Underwood said, if you were doing work on the place it doesn't count towards the 14 days.You do prorate based on time spent there for recreation.

I have had some brokers and owners who don't give you much and you have to re-create it.
