Ok, so I'm thinking about buying a trailer to help haul stuff (mowers, appliances, etc). 

My goal like most others is to achieve financial freedom through real estate and get out of the rat race as Robert Kiyosaki would say.

It has never let the human race down, no reason it will start now.  

My primary residence is rural and most of the local races are uncontested.

Having left the Rat Race this year after 15 Years of Buy and Hold Investing I find it is time to reflect, document and give back. 

I don't plan to join the rat race of realtors in my small community.

Real estate investing should be renamed to the turtle race to riches.
