We had one where they wanted us to pay for the majority of the costs to replace 1 mile of sewer back to a larger main.

Many unnecessary things are repainted, redone, replaced, and rebuilt.

As for the company I am assuming they purely started wholesaling, but now they do go through and purchase some properties to flip.

If the machines are 15+ years old, I recommend getting a quote to replace them.

The licensed versions sold at big box stores are not the same quality and break down quickly and rarely have replacement parts.

Adding paint and replacing flooring is not going to add much value in the typical case.  

Denis Flory and Frank Mooney promised to have a replacement address for your properties and they still have not provided.
