Real estate is more of a get rich slow proposition.

Further most sellers are found at their weakest moments by a wholesaler, they aren't truly pressed for time and thus the value proposition is pretty much "in theory."

Now I know for me it goes a little against the grain, because I want to at least add some value to the proposition.

If you are at all near Union City I have a real estate proposition for you as well. 

Again, wholesaling is generally a short term proposition.

I imagine that during this lull in the oil market, I may be able to capitalize on both a value proposition and growth here. 

My main proposition to investors on why "I'm the man" is that real estate is my life.

Instead of falsely stating that I don't know what my value proposition is, how about asking me what my value proposition is?  

The truth is, working with most investors, especially new investors, can be a losing proposition for a real estate agent.
