FYI I've seen a lot of mentions on the threads from Realtors and investors from Columbus OH, really promoting that city.

Just like this nonsense and self promoted stuff:“Matthew Seyoum, Investment Strategist at RTR has provided exceptional support throughout my journey from searching for a rental property to closing the deal.

They're trying to fix a problem that doesn't really exist.Just like practically all laws promoted as protecting the tenants, they end up hurting them.

You could not pay me to use the service and BP should not promote them.

Promote Open Communication Create a Safe Space: Great leaders encourage open dialogue, where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas, concerns, and feedback without fear of judgment.

So for example, if you know your goal is to move away from NYC/LI possibly because of a potential future promotion in 5 years and you also want a lot of cashflow/appreciation before you move... then it may not work for you. 

This is purely for research purposes to be able to create something truly impactful (I am not promoting or selling anything).

And you know I'm also against HELOCs being promoted to people who don't have savings or excess cash flow!

GENERALLY speaking, I find that people are either good at real estate investing, or they're good at self promotion, but rarely are they good at both.
