More than standard among design professionals- Architects and Engineers. 

Ask lots of questions and you will receive great insight from professionals!

I think Landlords are better off using strong policies, knowing the law, acting quickly and professionally.

Then talk to a qualified, professional QI like @Dave Foster.

Many carriers are including exclusions for GC commercial general liability coverage and professional liability coverage for engagements involving condos and even stricter exclusions when dealing with conversions.

It is important that you hire professionals who have experience working with foreign investors.

Or they bring a deal that professional acquisitions teams already know about.
