I love hearing insights from my clients, industry experts, and fellow real estate professionals. 

But in terms of the company you asked about a quick search shows there are a lot of people that are not happy with the service. 

They will get the highest price and the best terms for their property by marketing it professionally and exposing it to the maximum number of retail buyers, which means putting it on the MLS with an agent.

But I would be sure to look into that & speak to a tax professional up there before dumping too much time into research.

Connect with professionals who know what they are doing so you can receive proper guidance.

I know people who do this and I do not believe there are issues with it, but speak to an attorney and they should probably notify the company if they are an employee of that company that they are doing this.

He obviously signed a false statement.The buyer has a claim against the title company to pay the lien - and the title company has a claim against the seller.
