Bathrooms and kitchen were in rough shape and we had to replace the cabinets in the kitchen.Back patio was a failed attempt at something, not sure what though.Everything else was pretty standard.What was done:Painted house inside and out.Replaced flooring with new laminate, tile and carpet.

If, however, we're talking cheap plastic run-of-the-mill blinds, I totally consider that my responsibly to repair. 

For four tenants, need additional driveway/parking (probably going with permeable plastic laid on the grass - I have this at my house and I love it, and no permit needed for a pad). 

I'd rather turn it into a nice patio area/study area (since it's in a college town).

While I lived there I replaced the flooring throughout the house, I painted the garage floor, had a sprinkler system, sod, and a concrete patio put into the backyard.

Nice guy but he relapsed and covered the heat lamp it the bathroom with a towel and left it on, started a fire, towel dropped and burned plastic tub, corner of cabinet, soot everywhere.

In other parts of the country where I've lived, Las Vegas town homes would be called patio homes or attached homes.Out of the ~100 town home complexes in Las Vegas, we only like a very small number.

It has a nice yard and outdoor patios for all units. 

There was added sq footage on top of what use to be carports and a patio that wasnt permitted.

I stuffed the old vent full of rock wool insulation and covered the end with plastic as we explained the differences to expect to the tenant.
