I always give the garage a fresh coat of paint on my flips.Just yesterday I had my hourly guy patching holes and retaping some areas of drywall in the garage.

But that was also repairing roof patches where the existing gutters had backed up and caused water to leak into the house.

She also wants to sell me a 3/1 in town 8 minutes away from this secluded patch of land. 

Its hard to find "good" contractors, and thats part of the problem of this area... a lot of mickey mouse patch and caulk jobs!

There is no garage or shed, but does have central air.The inside appears to have been trashed, new flooring, patch several holes (dry wall), the kitchen needs replaced and I believe the bathroom will also.
