So far every booking guest's ID address matches their VRBO physical address.

Once I put it up for rent I don’t have the time with my w2 work schedule to physically show the property to tenants to be rented out.

But you know, it’s not only the “hard, physical stuff that falls between the cracks.  

I completely understand that it's not worth the hours to physically do all of the work yourself taking time from investing, for what you'd pay a PM.

If rent is not paid physically at a branch (i.e. it is paid online or via bank transfer), the date of payment will be considered the date when funds reach our account.

There are good deals to be found in any market and you want to have a deal that you can physically visit regularly.

Sometimes issues can go unnoticed and get much more expensive if you can’t see the property physically for long periods of time.  

Maybe I should read a little closer, but if you aren't physically doing the work, why wouldn't you just let their construction company do the work if they are still going to split 50/50, (unless of course they charge too much, compare their price to your GC's estimate).

Also we are aging and not feeling great physically working on houses.
