Which gives me a pause for thought.

After a pause, this good  tax commissioner finally said" Sir, are you really; really sure you know what you are buying?

I would pause, review my holdings and debt, redo my calculations, and proceed based upon what the data says.

This gave me pause alone, to check into on how the commercial real estate market is really doing? 

I Walk a property with a digital voice recorder and note, in five recorded minutes (by using the pause button while recording) what a building needs done to it.

I decided to take a pause in my RE learning adventures while job hunting due to time.

I know my bid is thorough, but i had a page worth of exceptions and assumptions to the point that even i myself got confused lol. not worried about time, i could move the workers around or temp pause the work, only thing is the longer term financing, i might go over with the 10% buffer that i set aside for financing. 

Ugh, so today was a big challenge that, sadly, made me pause and question how the heck I'm going to do real estate with a new baby.  

At this time I had to pause but decided to return the security deposit (which I still have).  

The ideas are endless - pause a little longer before going with the storage route.
