Also, you can use it as a regular printer and scanner.An alternative is fax to email (although it's real good for outgoing faxes) see www.myfax.com for this service.I also get my fax line through Vonage, it costs me about $10 a month for the line.

The other part is you can't just like a short sale accurately assess what kind of damage the outgoing tenant will do to a property if they are not out yet when buying.
