Since you’re interested in learning more about commercial real estate (CRE), consider a mix of reading books, enrolling in online courses focused on real estate investing. 

You may have to do this several times for all the different tasks being done.The only labor cost not covered by this type of online inquiry is drive time from the businessto the property, to the store & back for supplies and then back to the business address.

It's always interesting when a newbie owner contacts us stating they saw 4% online and want that for a SFR!

There are any number of Real Estate schools available to you, so choose the one that compliments your learning style, whether that be online or in person or a hybrid. 

These are features like online renter payments, tenant portal (for payments and work orders), help keeping track of work orders, tax reporting features, and accounting functionality.
