I've seen this systematically now particular in Philadelphia where appraisals or official Arv's are above realistic market value.  

It's inspiring to see you channeling that commitment into real estate.

I've been sued 5 times - twice as a public official and 3 times by insurance companies.

What’s been your experience with these different channels?

I also have consulted numerous local officials as well as HUD in DC.

I wish to make it official and get them on a lease.
