I’m considering formal training or certification programs to sharpen my skills and possibly expand into managing additional properties.For those of you with more experience, which property management organizations or certifications would you recommend?

Has dealing with this organization been a good experience? 

What usually happens is that houses of cards fall, they just haven't been in the arena long enough to find out.I have seen seminars that might be similar to the Speed organization, heck, it might have been him, I don't remember.

Whoever gave this person “women of the year award” should be sued for doing zero due diligence on this person I agree, please report that organization which is POWER magazine

I also have helped place tenants in section 8 properties as a volunteer with nonprofits etc. and agree that they tend to stay pretty long.

It all depends on the scope of work and your available time to put towards organizing and finding the right contractors. 

It is discussed at most of these meet ups I go to (usually in the networking that is before and after the organized meeting).  

I would add to get and keep your finances very organized.

Meanwhile, Paces clients very slowly build up their capital, but we all know the majority will spend it and come right back to the group to let Paces organization fund it so he continues building his wealth from all of these "gators".Do I get annoyed hearing about this every day..YES..Do I think it was a great form of revenue for Pace..YES. 

Not a hoarder, he's organized.
