The mobile platform is an amazing tool for connecting on the forums from anywhere, and adding the calculators would only add to it!

That platform is basically something that is in-between property management and self-managing.in any case, happy to share more about our experiences, successes, and failures.

If just starting out like me or looking to switch to a no-fee property management platform, I recommend trying out Tellus. 

However, while I think it's a great platform, if I just spent a ton of money on a website using a different platform, I may not necessarily switch to Wordpress just because "it's best for SEO" -- because you can optimize most anything. 

The new platform is for consumers interested in a product or service to conduct an internet search for information on that topic; they may go further and contact the provider of that information to move forward with a purchase, sale or other transaction.

It's important to note I don't accept anyone who pings me on the platform - I only accept people who seem enthusiastic and have background/want to learn basic skills (eg. painting).

I recommend you go to www.awesomerei.com and do more research on UTL and www.marketplacepro.net on MPP before taking the word of these individuals below, whom admittedly never used the platform.  I
