I've been toying with the idea of doing some FaceBook marketing but haven't had a chance to really dig into it yet.  

I think like in most markets you have to dig, search and work hard but you can find the deals, and then again time will be a huge help.

We also save another 2k or so to dig the trench for the wells to the cabins for our well guy. 

PS Rochester and Buffalo were ground zero for much of this stuff also there were groups buying those homes for 10k packaging them up and selling them for 80k to investors from England. the city / state finally cracked down on that and there was some folks that got in trouble on the criminal side of it.. you can google it.. wont mention names but you can find it if you dig deep enoughBut this is nothing new.. buying hood rates for pennies and selling them for dollars to foreigners and unsuspecting out of state folks. 

Digging up this old thread to see if anyone is currently investing in Reno/Sparks, now that the Gigafactory is further along.  

it might take some digging but then at least you'd know how much they'd charge and could think about it.

I feel like at this point we would do well to talk to a partnership lawyer that can help us dig through options and help structure.

Thanks, I’m planning on digging into my paperwork tonight.We’re thinking conservatively save 1/3 of the income as additional insurance against foreclosure.

But I've never done due diligence on a rental before so I'll definitely dig in deeper and I really appreciate your advice .
