I am looking for my next real estate investments.I have been doing fix-n-flips for the past 5 years or so, but that market seems to have dried up.

Have your Contractor verify that pier n post is all code legal (looks like cinder block, no seismic straps, PT, in back looks like a 2x4?) 

Both my partners and I invest in buy-n-hold rentals using our SDIRAs, SOLO401Ks, and traditionally outside of retirement accounts. 

We primarily work on STR / Airbnb properties but some of my agents work on more value adds, BRRRR's, and Fix N Flips.

Any tips on finding investors with capital to fund my fix n flips?

I’ve got some multifam going on Long Island and I’m working on fix n flips in the Hudson valley, as well as new construction spec building. 

We do have a couple engineers in our program, but the majority come from all walks of life – home builders, software engineers, dentists, fix n flippers, home wholesalers, real estate agents, shop owners… to name a few.
