I'd recommend you know your market size and statistics before you buy for this targeted market.I have no clue about NC O-zone investing in HP, although there appears to be (pun intended) an opportunity (map via NC DOC) in the immediate areas.

There are a lot of options (no pun intended...but I couldn't resist) when you have an option.You can sell it, execute it....I guess you can assign it...you can wholesale it.....when you have a legitimate (SEE, I CAN SPELL...I spelled it wrong earlier) you have options for making money on the option....again...no pun intended..but dang that's funny.

I agree with Mitch and Scott, but I'd call the GC or roofer FIRST to see if he'd foot (no pun intended) the bill or part of it.I'd also get someone out there asap to "clean up" in order to show good faith in mitigating risk now that you know the work site wasn't fully cleaned.

You know these fluffs as CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX as well as their subsidiaries.4 Banksters = major banking companies dialed in to the dish to lead the domestic money lending/spending frenzy: Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, and Wells Fargo.5+ Foreign investors = countries that are actually in the black, financially, to lend us more dough for the dish: China, Britain, France, Germany, Japan, etc.Once your ingredients are gathered, here's the recipe:Step 1 - stir the FED, Foreign Investors, and Banksters in the Government bowl until the dough, pun intended, is sufficiently liquid.Step 2 - pour out into a Recessed Pan sprayed down heavily with the Fluffs.
