I live on the main unit. 

Mainly because the opportunity to break into it, should not be available as much, as a software wallet.

Even though landlord insurance rebuilds your property, that's not the main problem.

I put in two layers of rockwool + 5/8" drywall between my basement and main level, and was so glad I did it.
