I have had many airplanes over the years and boy talk about here today and gone tomorrow and in the US you are not legally bound like other countries to file a flight plan so you can just stay out of Class Bravo airpace and no one will ever know where your at.

Biggest thing is, your ONE goal is to kick butt in flight school, not just pass.  

BUT, remember what flight attendants tell you pre-flight:  put your own oxygen mask on before trying to help others.Best of luck.

There is a shared front door that leads inside to a shared hallway with 1 unit on ground floor and 1 unit up a flight of stairs.

If you want to go do a final walk thru, meet your PM and do the closing in person, be sure to budget those travel costs (flight, hotel, car rental) into your purchase costs. 

With the massive winter storm we had in the Northeast 1,000+ flights were cancelled last Friday and mine ended up being one of them...

We prefer to make the investment relatively close i.e. 2-3 hours flight max.We want to start small as this would be our first but start at a location where we can then buy more and bigger investments (like an apartment complex) once we have a local team and understand the micro-markets and details. have been considering buying something from roofstock.com to begin with. 

Window on either side of attic would have to become doorway... with flight of stairs down either side of house to meet fire code.I see myself occupying the first floor.The total breakdown by floor would be as follows:Floor #1 - 4 rooms, kitchen, full bath (Total = 6).Floor #2 - 3 rooms, kitchen, laundry, full bath (Total = 6).Floor #3 - 1 room, kitchen, full bath (Total = 3)So, My question: Do the projects justify the rental?

I am very mixed with what my next steps should be, the property is a 3 hour flight from me so it is not crazy far, but I wouldn't be able to manage it on my own and would of course need a property manager.I'd love to hear from everyone to see what more experienced real estate individuals think.

I do buy and hold but also want to make sure I have direct flight to that particular market.
