Your designer says we would like to have a copy of the floorplans with the wall heights, window locations, plumbing and electrical.

We used those extensively when we wrapped owner contracts ?  

With that being said, if there are any agents or investors located in Western NY willing to let me learn from them, or simply learn more about them, I am willing to work something out and/or possibly work for free.  

But a really good property, for what you can afford, in a good location like Charleston and wait.

Although many properties with a specific zoning code are technically eligible, they would be subject to an extensive waitlist that could last years.

I don't see an exact location in the OP, but if this is even remotely considered rural, you are adding another LTV reduction.
