It tells you what the activity level is, but many investor deals are made, not found.Small towns are clickish, there seems to always be some old investor known in the area, he may know property values by the address, they usually think they have the town locked up, they might too being on the board at the bank.

And if the seller asks, I just say that the deposit goes to the lawyer and sits in escrow till closing, you don't actually get it. ( which is true) Then when I find my buyer i send both contracts (AoS and assignment contract)to his lawyer and my buyer ponies up the deposit.

Too close to the "evil" gambling and the threat of increased crime (whether true or not, the perception will detract) and any casino workers that want to buy to be close to work will be lower income people, so at best they will maintain market level (but based on my friend's income level, I think they will be a step down).What are BP's thoughts on the situation?
