Lau, generally if you are financing with a commercial lender- we lend for business purpose only and a rental property would fall under that category.

One of my wholesale lenders used to be willing to finance these, I can't remember the CLTV requirement of the top.

Luckily the property hasn’t gone down in value so the lender lists it for $400k and gets it.
