Anyways, good job on being where you are, you are in an enviable position.

The macroeconomics for Columbus Ohio are on fire especially with population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here so there's amazing appreciation as well.

Our whole job is to broker deals between buyers and sellers.

I heard when you're young, it's the best time to take risks, at job that might pay less, but offers knowledge, experience, and growth.

It's one of the hottest markets in the US right now with so much population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here (26B Intel headquarters being built here, 68K+ enrollment in Ohio State University, Amazon, FB, Google, Honda, Nationwide, Anduril, etc.).

Admittedly, I am not one that typically finds paid mentorship very valuable, but I also respect that my degree is in business with a focus on real estate, and my first job out of college was in real estate (so it is a little hard for me to take my 20 yrs of knowledge and rewind it to try to view mentors from a completely fresh lens).A couple points: I view mentors, especially these expensive ones as a catch-22. 

For example Intel headquarters, Google, FB, Amazon, Nationwide, Honda, (recently Anduril announced another 4k jobs to Columbus).

My two cents: get a job and HUSTLE right out of school and create some income and save up some capital.
