Yes, this system does have me put in dates but then it doesn't seem to show them easily.

They've been aggressively paying it down and are on track to before the due date.

Plus the challenge with mid term is you are generally on the hook for things like internet, utilities, etc.

Then it is up to your tenants to stop by and deposit the rent money/check in the account by a certain date.  

The tile is very dated now.  

Check "flexible" dates for a house with a pool to weed out the condos with shared pools.
