Dave Ramsey instilled a lot of good values in me.

It didn’t instill much confidence. 

I am thinking that instead of paying full cost for parts and instillation on each home, she buy a bulk of panels wholesale and pay to have them installed as she buys (this also helps her take full advantage of the tax credit). 

I'm trying to instill those concepts into my own children now, who are all in the 20's.I don't know Madison beyond UWM, where my youngest son is in his third year.

I instill the concept of constant and never ending improvement to everyone I work with.

I don’t have kids at the moment but when I was a kid my parents instilled a good idea of saving, spending less and working hard for money.

I had one issue one time on some coffee grounds in the plumbing but this was with 100 year old pipes, I'm sure most of the time its not a problem - but Id rather steer on the safe side and be extra cautious - or at least instill in the tenants to be extra cautious.

I would say the value of hard work & wise analysis my father instilled in me.Besides that I would say a mentor, being in right place at right time & be willing to learn & try new things & do what others may not...

Downside is you may have to claim tenants money as income and instillation cost as expenses for tax deduction.
