Good evening BP members,I just wanted to know what type of things do you all do to stand out in your competitive market.I live in Dallas and all I hear is that there is a lot of competition which in turn instills fear in me because I am over here thinking " How am I even going to land my first deal with so much competition?!"

I think you really need to shop around and be cognizant of any instillation challenges.

First, it further instills the sense of homeownership to the tennant/buyer.

My parents are very hardworking individuals that work day in and day out, they didn’t have much but they instill in me honest hard work ethic.

Solar panels will likely reduce your tenant pool unless the instillation of solar is common throughout the community.

For Cash Flow, what you care about is how much of your money you put in. Still

Dave Ramsey instilled a lot of good values in me.

It didn’t instill much confidence. 

I am thinking that instead of paying full cost for parts and instillation on each home, she buy a bulk of panels wholesale and pay to have them installed as she buys (this also helps her take full advantage of the tax credit). 

I'm trying to instill those concepts into my own children now, who are all in the 20's.I don't know Madison beyond UWM, where my youngest son is in his third year.
