I can tell you from experience, every point system can be manipulated.For example, the rep based system mentioned here has been around a long time in numerous forms.

Have represented both buyers and sellers in numerous real estate transactions over the years.

Whether you believe this to be true or not is irrelevant because others will perceive it this way as already stated in numerous previous responses.

Often this is expensive, as the wiring goes between the units in numerous locations.

Sorry, @Bill Hamilton, but my expert is emphatically and inarguably right, as established by multiple courts in numerous proceedings.I guess that's why he's called as an expert witness in credit-related litigation.

There are innumerable examples of police:1) going to the wrong house2) using excessive force and/or poor judgmenteither of these alone is enough to make me want to explore my options.

I have first chaired enumerable cases due to the nature of my employment, probably totaling around 1K to 2K first chair cases at this point...I'm pretty sure you mean "innumerable" and not "enumerable".When I say I have been at this quite a long time, it is absolutely true, because I have logged more hours in the Courtroom than most of my colleagues in my particular peer group.IMHO, to say you have been at this "quite a long time" which doesn't mean what any of us reading such a statement thinks it means, which is,"This guy has been practicing law for years (as in perhaps a decade)" and instead means you have more courtroom hours than other lawyers who passed the bar in 2014 is misleading. 

I haven't in over 20 years despite inquiring on innumerable occasions for real cases involving prudent landlords.
