It's just that some of those comments about a potentially vulnerable population seemed gross. 

Depending on your elevation, you could be just as vulnerable in Dallas!

If you file yourself and use a boiler plate operating agreement, you will very likely not have the protections you seek and will have spent all of that money and still be vulnerable.

That leaves the buyer vulnerable to to any kinds of "omissions".

The problem with laminate is it's very vulnerable to moisture and easily ruined by a careless tenant. 

The more leveraged you are the more vulnerable you are to market collapse like in 2008.
