Columbus has some solid fundamentals like job growth, population growth, and entry prices that still make sense compared to rents.

Consolidation needs to cycle, with all infrastructure maturing to fully meet new size and facilitate continued growth.

While I don’t own investments there, I’ve explored the market and see potential for some long-term growth.
