For uppers, shimming can still be required, such as behind the steel support rail if the wall is horizontally wavy, or at the bottom of the cabinet if the plastic spacer they include isn't thick enough. 

Land Packaging or "Horizontal Development" as I like to call it can be very successful.

If so, 8” (.66’) is a Big discrepancy in horizontal survey on a 160’ run. 

So be very conscious that you have adequate slope in your drains, especially if making long, near horizontal runs to the main stack.  

Other than the one horizontal crack that is pictures, I do not see horizontal or zig-zag cracks anywhere else inside or outside.

I just use a posterboard with 23 horizontal lines, one for each address.
