I'm pretty sure that's why the shop down the street also hired a manager to sell their tee shirts. 

It is a three day intensive in Phoenix, although they did have a homestudy course, and of course during the Covid had some virtual as well.

I have done it successfully on my last 2 buildouts, maybe 3, but only because I was able to acquire the properties at a very low price and I did all the work in-house (myself and some hired hands on staff).

On the other hand, I feel one of the main advantages of passive investments (via syndication/crowdfunding) is that I can hire a manager who has years more experience than I can ever hope to obtain myself.

Many of our LLCs have virtually no digital footprint.

At this point I'd be more likely to hire someone as a consultant, if that sort of arrangement is a thing. 

Now, I hire experienced asset managers to buy, manage and eventually sell the assets.
