Any time I drive through I stop in and get a meal there.

Most of them didn't seem have the money to pay for the meal that we got so good thing it was free.

Saves you a plane ticket, meals, hotel rooms...and what happens if you don't rent it the first weekend....are you going to repeat?

I think the only thing I have ever asked for was a picture of a great Abalone meal, to bring back memories.

I hope you "pay" or at least buy a meal gift card for the contractor...they will remember that you valued their time and will be more likely to help you with a walkthrough again on the next project.Don't know how much DD money you put down (and it's gone now), but it's probably a small price to pay to avoid buying a money pit.Best to you!
