Fear and comfort are what hold us back from anything new (regarding finance, work, relationships, health, fitness, family).

However, health concerns forced me to step away from the hustle about 6 years ago.Fast forward to today, I'm officially retired and living in sunny California with a renewed sense of energy (and much better health!).

You could only evict for health and safety issues.  

You can only prorate the primary residence exclusion in cases where health or a job transfer have forced you to move.

My experience is dealing with all the American and Canadian students at the health care related schools there.

Ok, not completely closed; they allow you to push data in, but then your stuck to see and manipulate in a very limited way.For me this is a deal breaker because if you can't quickly and easily check on the health of your business, you are wasting time and stifling your growth. 

Learn before you earn.Again, I am not trying to be “mean”, just keep in mind that you don’t know everything the seller is going through…from your side of the table this may look like an “easy deal” or a no brainer good deal the seller should jump on…seldom is this true.You probably won’t ever know what the seller is dealing with (could be multiple sellers, family issues, health problems with a loved one, and a hundred other things).

Side note, next time make sure to get a spa, homes with spas rent much better than just a pool alone. 

There is a hospital (First Health Moore Regional) near my location; I would think traveling nurses would want somewhere safe, quiet, and not too far away (easy drive) from the hospital they're working at.  

It entails verifying leases, contracts, and financial records in order to acquire a comprehensive picture of the property's financial health.
